As the title says, there is now a Elsword private server featuring the Level 70 cap, hypers and ELESIS!!!

this private server also features a huge selection in the Item Mall such as tons of pets to choose from, costumes from foreign servers and also Gacha Costumes. In Normal servers the Gacha costumes or lotto costumes are available in a item call the Ice burner, The ice burner is an item you use to try your luck to receive rare and cool items, but in void Elsword you can choose from 3 different sets to try your luck on.

On a side note, this server seem to have a boomerang economy, by this I mean the rates of buying In game cash goes back and fourth and seems to not stop at a decided rate.
